New park in ooty, its Dinosaur this time, with different animated Dinosaurs, which look like same as original dinosaurs in the park. Sure it could be more entertaining for ooty tourist in this season.

A brand new Dinosaur park called as Thunder world in ooty, 23 dinosaurs models around 40 to 60 feet tall and 11 dinosaurs are movable, best place for children's to enjoy the movable and sound effect dinosaur park near ooty boat house.

It is an excellent place for children but pretty expensive.This theme park has a dedicated parking facility and has many rides like dinosaur park,snow world,horror house and 5 d cinema.But avoid 5 d rides for children since they will say it pains their back.I'd suggest to get individual tickets for each rides rather than getting combos.
Thunder world is located near Ooty lake. Children can enjoy this place but the ticket prices are quite high. Not much worth.
Thunder world is one of the best parks in Ooty.There are a lot of activities for kids in this place. One can choose what they want to do. Our school students went there.Student concession is available.We really enjoyed the sight of dinosaurs that were moving their necks and tails and making sounds. Nice place.
Dinosaur Park is really good. Dinosaurs look so real. Children will surely enjoy the Dino’s there.This park is well done and well maintained. You need at least half a day to cover. Thunder World located near Ooty Bus Stand, so easily accessible. It consists of different themes like Bigfoot – Dinosaurs Park, Third Eye – Camera museum, Incredible India, Rain Forest, Haunted House and 5D Theatre.Thunder World opens on all days after 10:00 am. Don’t miss it if you are visiting with children or teenagers.
We visited Thunder world. It is the best place for the children to play and also to have fun. More games are accessible for tourists thunder world witnessed a large number of crowd in the holidays. Dinosaur park is the influential place where tourist gets affinity towards the spot.
Thunder world is a good place for kids.But the ticket cost is high. 5D Show and Moon Walker are my favorites. It is the most exciting places to visit in Ooty. It is located just near to Ooty Bus Stand.
DONT GET CHEATED AT THIS PLACE... I give Rating < 1. I have gone to this place on 9th May 2017. They charged 370 for adults and 320 for kids after a discussion with their executive inside and outside the ticket counter(saying it covers all inside the park) . At entry point, the person started arguing that as my child is looking little fat, I should take an adult ticket and when I argued he used a word "its TIME WASTE FOR HIM IN TALKING TO GUESTS LIKE ME". With our money when we enter the park and he opines its a time waste exercise (he dont even think that with this money he is getting salary). After such a bad experience, I entered the park. There were some shows all of were Useless shows with some 4-5 moving dolls of dead bodies and very few (5-6) animals kept in darkness with some exceptional sounds in an area of hardly 200-300 sqft each for which they charge Rs.90 each individually (namely one lighted round pipe (most useless), Haunting House & Rain Forest- Dont enter these places.. no value for money and dont have quality which they project.). Rain Forest and Haunting house are in darkness and you cant see anything, just to make kids fear of the darkness than anything to see or experience. Next was a 5D theater ( I strongly believe that, the owner of the place have never experienced a 3D or above D theater)- uncomfortable seats, just for the sake of spraying water, spraying bubbles, snow etc .. they are doing it without any prompt in the video. and the #D video is the most pathetic 3D experience. I advice the owner to go and visit some 5D or such good theatres abroad and experience first before such cheating of tourists. There was a Rs.60 per head 9D theater named show in a moving VAN which was in Trivandrum for a showtime was 100 times better than this. The Dinausar park was excellent but the place is not well maintained. They could have maintained it better for teh Rs.180 they charge for this. The Infinity and Camera section was fine... Another high light is, at the time of entry they say that everything is covered in RS.370 and they have kept lot of other items for additional charge inside the park like one ride called moon walk, one 3D image pavilion, children rides like dashing cars, smaal park items etc... It was a ridiculous experience of cheating by paying Rs.1100 for 3 of us in this park and getting Cheated. I suggest all tourist to buy only, Rs.180 pass for dinosaur garden and experience it. Dont pay even a single rupee for other cheating shows which they offer. Instead of Rs.370/- you can experience low cost rides in ootty lakeside (inside boat house). DON'T GET CHEATED AT THIS PLACE...
The place is great for Kids. It has a marvelous collection of cameras. Apart from that, they have other shows which can be seen in any good metro. If you have extra 1 hour time should visit this place. The place is overpriced and not worth to spend.
Thunder World is the best place to visit with Kids, they will enjoy a lot. The best part is Dinosaur park. There are many other attractions including Camera Museum, 5D theatre, Rain Forest, Maze, Haunted House and so on. I found the ticket is quite expensive rest was good.
Thunder world amusement park is just a walk able distance from Main Bus stand. There are a lot of activities like 5d theater, scary house, moon walk, Jurassic park and much more. Jurassic park is the main attraction among these which has a lot of artificial dinosaurs. The combo package for adults is Rs 330/- and for kids Rs 280/- bit expensive but worth to visit with kids and family.
Thunder world is an amazing spot in Ooty. The Dino world is extraordinary each one appears as a real dinosaur. There are also other things such as vortex wheel, Ghost House, Bull fight, moon walk etc. It is easily accessible and there is a food court inside this spot. Good, a place for kids.
Thunder world is a newly come attraction spot near to Ooty lake. It has multiple attraction parks in that "Dinosaur park" is the primary attraction. There is also a camera museum in this spot. Moon ride is one of the unique rides in this park. Good place for kids but the entry price is little high.
Thunder world is the first and only amusement park in Ooty.It is easily accessible tourist spot and only 5-minute walkable distance from Ooty main bus stand. Dinosaur park, vintage camera and many other rides are available.Dinosaur park is added advantage to this park. The food court is available inside this park where it serves a different variety of Indian and continental dishes.
