Mudumalai Elephant Safari was cancelled which makes the tourist unhappy

The influx of tourists to Mudumalai is more due to continuous holidays(Christmas, Half yearly exam holiday and New Year holiday).The tourists who are all coming to Mudumalai are used to enjoy the Jungle Safari Ride as well as the Elephant Safari Ride which will be conducted at Theppakadu in Mudumalai.But an Elephant Safari Ride has been cancelled indefinitely at Theppakadu in Mudumalai.

 

The authorities of Mudumalai Tiger Reserve said that due to continuous death of two elephants the elephant safari has been cancelled in Theppakadu.Since there is a continuous series of Holidays, the elephant safari ride cancellation news makes the tourists unhappy.

 

The elephants in Theppakadu Camp has been transferred to Bombas, Ponganvayal camps after the death of two elephants in Theppakadu.The forest authorities are doing research about the main causes of the death of Elephants.The Moyyaru river water near Theppakadu has been used by the elephants for Bathing and  Drinking water.Therefore the water has also taken to do testing.
